Natalia Erasova was born on March 15, 1959. In 1983 she graduated from
the Moscow Conservatoire. From 1983 to 1987 performed with the Opera
Companies of Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, St.Petersburg, etc. Since
1988 she is the soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, where she made her
debut as Lyubov in opera Mazepa by Tchaikovsky.
Natalia Erasova is the winner of the three most prestigious opera
Competitions: 1986 - International Tchaikovsky Competition, Moscow;
1987 - International Vocal Competition in Tulouse, France;
1988 - C.A.Cappelli International Vocal Competition (Arena di Verona),
Italy.
